Employee Share Option Plan (the "Plan")
Renewable Energy Generation (AIM: RWE), the developer, owner and operator of
renewable energy projects, announces that on 5 December 2007, options were
granted pursuant to the Plan to Andrew Whalley, the Chief Executive Officer of
the Company and to David Crockford, the Finance Director of the Company.
Mr Whalley has been awarded options over 250,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("
Ordinary Shares") and Mr Crockford has been awarded options over 100,000
Ordinary Shares of 10p each both at an exercise price of 114p. The options will
become exercisable from the third anniversary of the grant date subject to
continued employment and the satisfaction of a total shareholder return
performance condition. Following the grant, Mr Whalley holds options over
250,000 Ordinary Shares and Mr Crockford holds options over 100,000 Ordinary
Shares.
These transactions are notified in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4 (R)
(1).
